adidas adiZERO Sydney Wrestling Shoes

I am a 220 lb Varsity High School Wrestler and I've owned countless pairs of wrestling shoes of all brands Asics,Adidas,Nike,Matflex,Etc. and I use these show every day for wrestling practice and for all my meets and tournaments.They are by far the best pair of wrestling shoes I have ever purchased. They are a bit stiff when you first put them on, but after a practice or workout in them they are completely broken in.I love these shoes because they provide so much grip to the mat and they support both the ankle and arches extremely well.Also they are super light and the it makes me feel like I can move faster while wrestling.The blue and white ones I purchased are just the colors I was looking for to match my school's singlet and headgear so that was a big plus. I wear a size 12 wrestling shoe and they still look sleek and nice. A warning though the white ones do get a little bit scuffed up and dirty, but hey its wrestling its supposed to be rough.The combo of both Laces and a Zipper sealed the deal for me because I used to use other pairs of shoes that didn't have a pocket to tuck laces in or a zipper and that would force me to tape my laces for matches.I would highly recommend these shoes to any wrestler want to exceed at the sport and who wants a good, light, comfy, durable, gripy, stylish pair of shoes that look great and get the job done.

I received my shoes in about 2-3 days which I consider pretty fast and the product came in great condition in the original box from the manufacturer of the shoe with the tags still attached(no cheap replicas)

great shoe, lasted me alomst a year of hard wrestling but the sole ripped out during my first pracitce this year.

The Adizero Sydney Wrestling shoes are attractive, excellant-performance and good-quality wrestling shoes.
I bought these shoes to use them as my match day pair. And for practice I use the Black Adidas Beijing AdiStar shoes.
Usually people want to break shoes in. I don't think that these needed any breaking in. The first time I put them on was my first match. I felt no discomfort, stiffness, or soreness at all.
They wrap around your foot very well, like a very, very tough sock. I only use them for matches and so far after 24 matches I still haven't felt any soreness.
The grip just feels great. It's not a problem for me. It just has served its purpose well, I haven't noticed it. My feet on the mat have not ever slipped. The grip helps and does not dissapoint when I use power from my legs.
Durability: the shoe is mainly fabric. If you got scissors, you could easily cut through it. But I beleive that why it's so comfortable and wraps well around your foot with no stiffness. Ankle support, if you tie them tight enough, it's very suppoprtive of the ankles. That's up to you. You adjust it, and it's great. I leave it a little loose, feels great for me, because it really does get stiff on your ankles if you tie too tightly. Again, up to you. They haven't shown any sign of tearing, or the fabric undoing itself in any part of the shoe. It looks and feels solid for me.
But again, I only use it for match days. In intently did this because obviously if you use shoes every day, they'll wear out and get dirty. Since they are a light color, they get dirty easily. So don't walk everywhere with them. On the zipper, the fabric that covers it, not the zipper itself, is like a spandex that looks easily to rip. And I always keep an eye on that, but it hasn't been torn and doesn't seem worn out at all.

I bought these shoes for my son who's a fresh in high school an wrestles for varsity and it has been the beat pair of wrestling shoes I've ever purchase!!!

I've had the white/royal ones for almost a year and I am a big fan of the shoe. Mine got dirty quickly though just using them at practices and matches.

Bought a pair last year and was very satisfied, probably one of the best shoes I've ever had so I bought another in teal for this year. Only problems is I have seen this same shoe tear around the inside toe area next to the lace cover and the inner ankle.

Great shoe, even greater price! The fit is a little different for Adidas as it is true or maybe even a little larger. I love the color and design, extremely lightweight and breathable.
