New for 2009, the Asics Dan Gable Ultimate 2 Wrestling Shoes are engineered for memorable performance at the highest levels of competition. Weighing in at just over 9 ounces, the Dan Gable Ultimate 2 is a lightweight wrestling shoe that features superior support, comfort and performance.

These shoes feature an injected PU uppper reinforcement that provides lightweight structural support while still maintaining a soft feel. Its escaline upper is soft, form-fitting and durable, while the integrated lace garage complies with the rules regarding laces. Finally, shine up lining material on the sockliner helps release odor when exposed to sunlight.

                            I use the shoes for wrestling and I found that the shoes are very comfortable and have amazing grip. I liked the wider toe in the front, the only thing I found I didn't like was the ankle support. Other then that the shoe performs was fantastic and I would recommend this product to others.
