I have over 15 years of wrestling/grappling experience. Asics split sole have always been my wrestling shoe of choice. It had been about 7 years since I had to wear shoes to grapple so I ordered the wrong size at first. Asics run true to foot. So if your a size 10 in your running shoe then you are a 10 in your wrestling shoe. All wrestling shoes stretch. Asics are by far the best bang for your buck.

My delivery was prompt. I had to exchange them for a size 10 because I accidently ordered 10.5. Abby and the Scoreboard wrestling staff were very proffessional and prompt. This was my first time using them so i was a bit hesitant because I stumbled on them via the web by accident and after weeks of searching for a good quality/cheap shoe provider. I am now offically going to be using them for all my wrestling shoe needs from now on. Thanks Scoreboard for being about the customer instead of about the dollar only.

I wear a size 12 for regular shoes but for running shoes I usually have to wear a size 12.5 or 13 because they make them so narrow.

For wrestling shoes I have to go 13 or bigger before I found these ones! I can order a size 12.5 and they are not much longer than I need (maybe there is almost an inch of room at the end) but the width is perfect for those with wider feet.

While these shoes appear true to size, my son could really use extra-wide...but we will take these and break them in(stretch them out) before the season starts.
