I use these shoes for boxing workouts. They have good grip while allowing for the pivoting necessary for throwing combinations.
Lightweight with good support.
They fit perfectly, and except for the grip, I really don't even notice that I have shoes on.
Glad I found these in my search for wider workout shoes.
I've only had them for a month, so I can't say anything about durability yet, but I'm optimistic that they will last a good while.

I use these shoes for Mixed Martial Arts and the best thing about these is that they are WIDE sized shoes. I've tried more expensive shoes but these are a GREAT price for just a good a shoe with the added bonus of being WIDE. I needed a wide sized wrestling shoe and if YOU do too, then look no further. The only wrestling shoes my feet will fit in. I use it for boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, & krav maga and have never had an issue with them. They feel light and never weigh me down. Provide plenty of support for my 12 EE feet, whereas all other wrestling, martial arts, and boxing shoes have squeezed my feet into cramps. After 6+ months of 3-4 hours of mat time there's not even a sign of wear on my pair! I highly recommend these shoes!

I bought these for my 10 year old son who has wide feet and a very tough time finding shoes that fit. He normally wears a size 4 1/2W, but I found that we had to go up one full size to a 5 1/2W for them to fit properly. He loves them, no complaints from the first time he tried them on.

My kid has used the Split second for years and loves the shoe. This is best wide wrestling shoe made but only one color is available , black. We would like to see this shoe available in other colors such as , blue and red .

According to reviews, regular shoes need to be ordered a size up. I took a chance and ordered the regular size, and the width and length are perfect. Good shoe.

We had a regular size 14, needed the extra room. perfect with the wide
