I am a collegiate wrestler using the product for both practies and competative matches. These shoes are great! You will be hard-crossed to come across a better shoe then the ultratreks! They provide great traction and beyond great ankle support!, I have heard that they tear easily but I have not experienced this at all.

I would say these are the second best shoes I have ever owned. Behind only the addidas combat speeds. These are good in all aspects except they are slightly too stiff for my liking. I do however, think they have the best traction I have ever had. I give them a 4.5, reserving a 5 for only the best.

My son got these shoes about two weeks into this season. He used them for two weeks of practice and two matches, only to have the sole crack all the way across the ball of his foot. It seems like a lot of money for the length of time he was able to use them. If it makes a difference, he wrestles high school, varsity team, 171 lb. Is there a warranty for this type of problem?
