Comments about Cliff Keen Wrestling Weight Chart:

I lamanated it and my assistant makes sure each wrestler records their weight before and after practice. I already used it to discuss proper weight loss with an irate parent who thought their kid was unfairly squeezing weight off the day of a match. The daily record showed the wrestler was binge eating after every weigh in and we set up a proper diet. You can also tell if wrestlers are dropping too much weight for their body type.
