        We bought these for our two sons ages 5&3, and we are very pleased. They have plenty of adjustablity for many years of growth, are lightweight, offer great protetion, and they look good too! We read the concerns about the strap comfort, and after we recieved and saw how the strap was attached we could see how that could be uncomfortable, but the boys never complained about them. I do think if a piece of fabric was sewn over the connection it would be alot softer for everyone, but still a great product!

              I bought my son these and they never slip or fall off they are great! The only thing wrong with them they need a more comfortable chin strap. They have not once bothered or slipped when he is wrestling at a tournament. You have to get these great product.

              bought this for my son for his first year of wrestling. not bulky and super soft. chin strap is very stiff and scratches where it meets the ear pieces. had to put tape over it. the rest of it is perfect, soft, lightweight and is very minimal compared to the bulky ones.
