We use it on a temporary basis (tape and remove all in same day) and it holds great and leaves no residue. I use a small amount to keep 1000sq. feet of Swain Mats together.

I purchase this not for wrestling, but for taping down a tactile boundry rope for a roller derby bout on a finished wood floor. We needed something strong enough to withstand repeated pinches from wheels and protective gear, as well as slide out while holding the rope in it's intended position around the track. It also neeeded to have a slow but strong adhesive that would hold but not fully adhere so that it could be removed without leaving a sticky residue, or removing or otherwise damaging the finish of the wood floor. It performed to our needs wonderfully and I have been and will be recommending this to other Derby Ref's and NSO's for their taping needs

Great tape for the money. It is a strong durable tape that can be used for competition or on your practice mats. In our mat room it is put down on the mats just once and hold all season long. Good stuff.
