We bought the shoes for are 3 boys that wear size 1 sneakers and cleats.Ended up with size 3 wrestling shoes.may run true to size for wrestling shoes but not other shoes

Adidas shoe was better quility for money. Nike shoe only had for a few months and ripped already.

My 8yr old son loves these wrestling shoes. They are lightweight and they don't make his feet sweat as bad as his last ones did. The only thing I noticed is that the Velcro lace cover seems to come undone at least once or twice a practice.

These shoes were a good beginner shoe but not knowing how wrestling shoes run I bought these in a size up from his normal shoe size. Big mistake...they run about 1 to 1.5 sizes to small. They are very narrow and hard to get on. I would recommend these only if you can get them at least 2 sizes up. My son didnt even get through a full season without blisters due to small sizing.

Good price for shoe for my 5 year-old son and his first time wrestling. He did complain about the Velcro rubbing, but overall satisfied for amount of use.

Choices are limited for youth shoes and we were only marginally pleased with prior Asics and Addidas shoes which did not hold up and were difficult for younger kids to put on. The Nike is easier to put on, seems durable and costs no more than the other youth shoes we have had. Our son is 2-0 in the new ones!

These sneakers run small. Order at least 2, if not 3 sizes larger. We ordered 2 sizes larger and my son will only be able to wear them for this season.

I bought these shoes for my son. It is his first year and these looked to be great for him. They provide plenty of traction, support and the flexibility that he needs as a novice to help with his training. I help coach the wrestling club and after looking them over and watching my boy wrestle in them, I have decided to set the old addidas to the side and buy me a pair.
