The Takedown Wrestling Shoes feature a breathable mesh upper with reinforced stitching through panels for a durable, comfortable fit that keeps the foot cool. These wrestling shoes also feature a convenient ankle strap to keep the laces locked in, to comply with regulations and for added performance.

The midsole on the Nike Takedown Wrestling Shoes consists of a full-length double lasted midsole for low to the ground control, while the rubber outsole provides ultimate traction at any angle thanks to its forefoot wraps.
